HÉRNIA DO HIATO

Na hérnia de hiato por deslizamento, a junção gastresofageana se move para cima do diafragma (figura B); na hérnia por rolamento (ou paraesofageana), uma parte do estômago hérnia através do hiato esofágico e fica ao lado do esôfago, sem movimento da junção gastroesofágica (figura C).
