TUBERCULOSE MILIAR - 2

Na tuberculose miliar, os nódulos possuem diâmetro entre 1 e 4 mm, distribuição difusa e homogênea pelos pulmões, habitualmente sem derrame pleural. Nessa forma de doença a baciloscopia do escarro costuma ser negativa.

In miliary tuberculosis, the nodules have diameters between 1 and 4 mm, diffuse and homogeneous distribution in the lungs, usually without pleural effusion. In this form of the disease sputum smear is usually negative.

Mesmo ao perfil é possível se observar a distribuição dos nódulos difusamente na tuberculose miliar.
